About ContentSignals
contentsignals.co explains the ContentSignals model: signals, the graph, valuation and points. It is run by Swomi.
Who runs it
contentsignals.co is run by Swomi Group Inc., federally incorporated in Canada. Swomi was founded by Maynard L. Dokken,[1] whose 2012 filing on the social graph and its valuation is the thesis Swomi's record is built on.[2]
No contact address has been published for contentsignals.co yet.
How the model relates to Swomi's sites
ContentSignals is the thread for every kind of metric, event and valuation around content. Each of these sites holds one part of it.
- GSERP, on swomi.ai
- Swomi's search, which reads signals and the graph to find and rank content. swomi.ai is being rebuilt, so it is not linked from here yet.
- swomi.io
- The marketplace for digital assets and modules, where assets will be valued with Graph Modeling for Valuation. Not open yet.
- swomibuzz.com
- Rewards, in community, where members will use SwomiBuzz points. A separate platform, run by a separate company under its own terms. Swomi's record dates SwomiBuzz from 2015.[3] The rewards site is not open yet.
- cryptopoints.co
- A concept site, run by MarkCrest, on a governed ledger that could one day carry points between programmes. Not open yet.
- triongle.com
- Where the ContentSignals© name was first used. Its ContentSignals material has moved here, rewritten into the model.
What changed from the old pages
The ContentSignals pages on triongle.com described automation, channels and signals in the language of 2019. This site keeps their ideas and sets them out as one model, in current terms: almost any activity online is content; signals count for more than clicks; one source should be the authority for each piece; measuring a piece works from counts and totals; and ranking, social reach, influence and behaviour all feed the measure.
On people's data, it follows Swomi's Privacy Policy rather than the old pages: where signals feed patterns beyond a member's own use, they are combined above a minimum group size. A member's own data is handled as that policy sets out.
It leaves out everything the old pages said about payments, withdrawals, affiliates and income. ContentSignals makes no earnings or income claim of any kind.
